RUGIPO Special Examination Notice

This is to notify the staff and students concerned that the long-expected postponed conduct of the examination for those who missed various opportunities in the past is at this moment to take note that the central conduct of the said special examination shall come up from January 24th through January 26th, 2024, at the Low Rise Auditorium and its environs.

The time for the exams daily is 9.00 a.m.–4.00 p.m., and it concerns students seeking directives from their various departments.

1. HODs are to collect question papers for their students from the appropriate quarters and be ready to supervise them. Or they directed the examination officer to do so.
2. The dean of the faculties should show up in the examination halls to check for the smooth conduct of their students.
3. Those students for the 2022-2023” semester examination missed or were sent out for no payment of school fees to get paid their school fees and the fine of N10,000.00 is attached with the proofs of payments presented for verification.
4. All the students for condonations of studentship considered for special exams must come with proofs of payments to the examination centre.

Please take note that whoever missed this opportunity shall be considered to carry over the courses affected as a regular semester course to take lectures before the examination.
