💳 Mandatory Payment	N27,000 – N30,000 depending on degree
🎓 Academic Outfit	Purchase: N40,000 – N65,000; Hiring: N15,000
💼 Payment Procedure	Generate advice on the student portal and pay via Remita
📧 Outfit Collection	Collect at designated faculties with receipt
💌 Invitation Cards	Download e-invitation from Live email
🔁 Outfit Return	Return by February 2, 2024, or pay N40,000
📜 Certificate Collection	Collect post-ceremony charges for delay
👥 Alumni Fee	N2,000 (UG), N2,500 (PG); various bank accounts
📅 Convocation Registration	Register via the emailed link, print the Access Code

Mandatory Payment for Convocation Ceremonies

Payments for the Convocation Ceremonies vary depending on your qualifications:

• First Degree: N27,000.00
• Master’s Degree & PGD, M.Phil: N30,000.00
• Doctorate Degree: N30,000.00

Purchase or Hiring of Academic Outfits

You have the option to either purchase or hire your academic outfit:

• First Degree & Masters Degree, PGD, M.Phil.:
  • Purchase: N40,000.00
  • Hiring: N15,000.00
• Doctorate Degree:
  • Purchase: N65,000.00
  • Hiring: Not Available

Payment Procedure

To facilitate payment, you must:

1. Generate payment advice from your student portal.
2. Use the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) to make payment through Remita to the University of Lagos TSA account.

Collection of Academic Outfit and Order of Proceedings

You can collect your academic outfit and Order of Proceedings at various locations including the University of Lagos Business School (ULBS), faculties, and institutes. Remember to provide evidence of payment (online receipts).

Invitation Cards and Attendance Registration

• Invitation Cards: Download and print the e-invitation cards from your Live email account for venue admittance.
• Registration for Attendance: Register via a link sent to your email a week before the ceremonies. Print out the Access Code for entry into the J. F. Ade Ajayi Auditorium.

Return of Academic Outfit

Return to the academic outfit immediately after the convocation ceremonies. Failure to return by Friday, February 2, 2024, will incur a charge of N40,000.00.

Collection of Certificates and Alumni Registration Fee

• Certificates: Collect your certificates post-convocation. A demurrage charge applies for delayed collection.
• Alumni Registration Fee:
  • First Degree: N2,000.00
  • Postgraduate: N2,500.00
  • Payable to various UNILAG Alumni Association Accounts.

Final Thoughts

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Folasade T. Ogunsola, OON, FAS, extends congratulations to all graduating students. Certificates will be ready for collection post-ceremonies upon completion of all necessary clearances.
