How to Check Your FULOKOJA Admission Status
Step-by-Step Process to Access the FULOKOJA Admission List
- Visit the official JAMB admission portal at JAMB eFacility.
- Log in to your JAMB profile using your unique username and password.
- Locate and select the ‘Check Admission Status’ option.
- Choose the relevant exam year and enter your registration number.
- Click on ‘Check Admission Status’ to reveal your FULOKOJA admission status.
Guidelines for Fresh Students Registration at FULOKOJA (UTME & DE)
Newly admitted students are to follow the outlined guidelines for the online registration process:
Step 1: Acceptance of Offer
- Confirm your admission status on the FULOKOJA website at www.fulokoja.edu.ng.
- Pay the acceptance fee and confirm payment online to receive your school email address.
- Print out your admission letter and letter of undertaking.

Step 2: O’Level Result Verification
- Upload your O’Level examination details along with the scratch card information on the FULOKOJA website.
- Await confirmation via email or the Post-UTME portal before proceeding to step 3.
Step 3: Payment of School Charges
- Process payment for school charges online and verify the transaction on the FULOKOJA student portal.
- Print your receipt and the completed STUDENT BIO-DATA FORM (Form 01).
Steps 4 and 5: To Be Completed Upon Resumption
- Medical Certificate of Fitness: Obtain your certificate from the University Health Services Center.
- Course Registration: Complete the online course registration and seek your departmental coordinator’s guidance.
Step 5: Physical Clearance
Upon resumption, present the following documents to your Departmental Administrative Officer:
- Printed E-Payment Receipts
- Admission Letter
- JAMB Result Slip
- O’level Result
- Birth Certificate
- Local Government Certificate
- Passport Photographs
- Medical Certificate of Fitness
- Completed Course Registration Forms
Resumption dates and further instructions will be communicated via the university’s official channels.
Important Notes and Cautions
- Be vigilant against fraudulent individuals. All payments should lead to a REMITA receipt sent to your registered email.
- Avoid sharing sensitive ATM and bank details with unauthorised personnel.
- Direct any inquiries to the official admissions email or visit the Admissions Office at the Felele Campus.
