Bells University Resumption Date
The management of the Bells University of Technology (BUT) has announced the resumption date for the commencement of the first (1st) semester academic activities for the 2022/2023 academic session.
The Bells University of Technology, BUT students are expected to resume and commence academic activities on Sunday 8th January 2023.
Bells University (BELLSTECH) Resumption Guidelines & Protocols for 1st Semester 2022/2023
AT THE UNIVERSITY’S MAIN GATE
- All parents and students entering the University on resumption day are expected to come in through the main gate along Idiroko express road;
- All vehicles entering the University at the gate are mandated to undergo security checks;
- Clearance for admission into the halls of residence will be issued at the following locations:
College Venue
- COLENG Marque
- COLNAS Edozein Lecture Theatre
- COLMANS Zone A, Room 2
- COLENVS Zone A, Room 5
It should be noted that clearance will be issued on a Departmental basis.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. All students from 100 to 500 level are to resume on Sunday, 8th January 2022;
2. Students are expected to arrive between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
3. Only students are allowed into the clearance venue;
4. Fee defaulters will not be attended to;
5. A minimum of 40% and 60% of total fees are expected to have been paid by 100 to 200 level and 300 to 500 level students respectively;
6. Bursary Unit will have desks at each resumption venue to confirm payments.
7. New intakes should come with four (4) passports photographs;
8. Students are to present a hardcopy of evidence of payment at the Bursary point;
9. All students are expected to be decently dressed:
i. All female students should have their hair at mid-back length and of natural colour (odd colours or tinted colours are not allowed);
ii. All male students are to cut their hair neatly and low, and beards are to be clean-shaven.
10. Fully signed course registration forms should be submitted to the Department;
11. Mid-semester examination for ALL STUDENTS will hold between Monday, the 9th and Friday, the 13th of January 2023.
AT THE HALL OF RESIDENCE
- The Porters are expected to carry out the normal halls of residence admission procedures for the students and collect evidence of school fees payment;
- Students are to show their hostel identification cards and clearance slip that allow access to the halls of residence
