Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH) registration procedure for the 2023/2024 newly admitted students.
Registration | CUSTECH 2023/2024 for new admissions. |
🔑 Retrieve ID | Check admission and get a STUDENT ID. |
📧 Set Up Email | Create and access university email. |
💳 Acceptance Fee | Pay automatically after the profile update. |
📝 Online Clearance | Enter an academic record and submit documentation. |
🏷️ Matriculation No. | Generated after the registration fee payment. |
📑 Documentation | Submit the required documents to the Registry Department. |
⏳ Deadline | Complete within 4 weeks of admission receipt. |

CUSTECH Registration and Admission Procedure for 2023/2024
1. Checking Admission Status and Retrieving Student ID
- Retrieve your Student ID, and select the appropriate link.
2. Requesting a New Password
- On the ePortal Login page, click ‘Request for new Password’.
- Enter your Student ID and click ‘Request for Password’.
3. Email Setup
- An email created for you by the University will be displayed.
- Access this email via www.custech.edu.ng or directly at www.gmail.com.
- Log in using your University email (e.g., alijkug2034@custech.edu.ng) and JAMB Registration Number as your initial password.
- Change your email password and make a note of it.
4. Retrieving ePortal Password
- Check your email inbox (or Spam folder) for the ePortal password.
- If not received, use ‘student’ as your password.
5. Continuing Registration
- Go to eportal.custech.edu.ng.
- Enter your Student ID and the new ePortal password.
- Log in to access your ePortal page.
6. Admission and Personal Record Updates
- Download your Admission letter.
- Update your records and upload a passport photograph/signature.
7. Acceptance Fee Payment
- Payment details appear after updating your profile.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete payment.
Online Clearance Process
1. Starting Clearance
- Log into the ePortal.
- Click on ‘Student Data’ and select ‘Academic Records’.
2. Academic Records and Documentation Upload
- Click ‘Add Academic Record’ to enter O’level results.
- Upload the required documents and click ‘Submit Now’.
3. Clearance Confirmation
- Allow up to 24 hours for clearance.
- Once cleared, proceed to pay the Registration Fee.
4. Completion of Registration
- The ePortal generates a Matriculation Number upon successful Registration Fee payment.
- Complete the medical form and course registration.
5. Deadline for Acceptance Fee
- Pay the Acceptance Fee within two weeks of receiving the admission letter.
Documentation Requirements
Upon completing the online registration, submit the following to the Registry Department:
- Admission letter from the Confluence University website.
- Admission letter from the JAMB website.
- UTME result slip.
- Academic credentials or online printouts from WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB.
- Scratch Card for O’Level results verification.
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration.
- Two recent passport photographs.
- Receipts for all payments.
- Local Government Indigene certificate.
- Letter of attestation of good character.
- Medical fitness certificate.
